Image Rights & Negative Storage

I love working with film because of its timeless, tangible nature. Below are a few things to know about how I handle image rights, negatives, and prints to ensure the best experience for both of us:

  • As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all images I create. This means:
    You have the right to use and share your scans and prints for personal use.

    You may not sell, edit, or use the images for commercial purposes without permission.

  • I store and archive negatives for safekeeping.
    If you'd like to purchase your negatives, let’s discuss an archival release option.
    Negatives are valuable originals—if you choose to own them, proper care is essential!

  • You are welcome to order additional prints at any time.
    I take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted prints—ensuring each reproduction reflects the artistry of the original.
